I’m a hands-on technical founder with over 25 years of experience building and scaling complex systems—mainly in startup environments. I co-founded and built NetNut, a global proxy and data infrastructure company, from the ground up—designing the architecture, scaling the network, and leading the engineering. NetNut was later acquired by Alarum (ALAR). My focus has always been on building real systems at scale—not just managing teams. I work deeply across architecture, backhand, networking, and data pipelines, and I’m still very much involved in the technical details. I joined to the founder in order to fulfill his dream and develop a unique platform (algorithm based) that will be able to rank worldwide hospitals per each medical procedure they serve (with comparison algorithm) and then to expose a public search engine to receive list of the best hospitals per specific procedure ordered by their rank. As part of my role I am functioning as CTO of the company and CMO of the Israeli office, includes the following: • Recruited and leads the R&D team and the QA • Managing all employees in Israel (call center, support, marketing, product). • Managing the day-to-day in the R&D, QA and Product. • I was appointed to be the director of Archimedicx (Israel) in order to manage finances in Israel (such as payments, salaries, invoices etc.) • Working tight with the CEO (lives abroad) and other directors in the company like always, happy to give a hand to my dev team when needed and to be with “hands-on” :-)
I joined the founder on day zero to build the company and recruit the R&D. Our main product is a deep text analysis in real-time on webpages and search pages (desktop and mobile) in order to analyse the subject of the content and suggest relevant actions according to the page content, the specific user and the crowd. Our Server side technologies are: Java, Couch base, Couch DB, Node JS, Our Client side technologies are: JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 Currently we have in the R&D group 10 developers (3 teams), 2 content analyses and 2 QA. I am leading the day to day in R&D includes "hands on" when needed in addition I am working very tie with the CEO & founder on the company roadmap, strategy and capital raising
