- Serve as a key point of contact for employees, delivering timely support and solutions across a range of HR-related questions and requests - Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including I-9 verification, documents/checklist & training assignments, and updates in Paycom - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records throughout the lifecycle, including organizational changes, audits, and data management - Support benefits administration, workplace compliance, leave of absence documentation, and visa coordination - Process semi-monthly payroll in conjunction with our Payroll Specialist, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all employees - Assist with various ad-hoc projects
