- Led the coordination of two key legal programs in the courthouse – Kings Bench Amicus and Civil Claims Duty Counsel,facilitating the access to Pro Bono Legal Advice for hundreds of self-represented litigants. - Worked closely with volunteer lawyers assisting them in legal research by identifying relevant statutes and case law. - Successfully coordinated a network of over 200 volunteer lawyers from 15 different firms managing their scheduling while also meeting the demands of a high volume of litigants. - Fostered and strengthened relationships with various courthouse organizations, improving collaboration and promoting awareness for pro bono legal advice.
- Advised clients on risk management strategies and alternative policy solutions which resulted in ~$8K savings for clients. - Scheduled in person and online meetings with clients to discuss their insurance needs and identified current coverage gap to reduce liability on client. - Built and maintained strong client relationships by periodic policy reviews resulting in a client satisfaction score of over 90%
