Started my professional career at State Bank of India, worked for 4 years in Mid corporate group where i was handling pre-sanction credit part. Worked briefly with Ernst & Young for one year in Technology Consulting. Handled one of the renowned NBFC FP&A planning tool. Presently im working as a Partner in HDSG & Associates, specialising into project finance as well as other important areas of auditing, taxation, compliances etc. Prompt & effective delivery of services has been my motto.

Preparation and compilation of annual account plans for assigned accounts of the AMT. Preparation and follow up of Monthly Monitoring Reports, Financial Follow up Reports, Restructuring Account Reports for the controlling authorities. Assisting in various operational aspects regarding documentation and customer service and performing regular & effective liasioning with customers to ensure quick disposal of their queries. Active involvement in smooth conduct of statutory audits, RFIA, on-site and off-site credit audits and ensuring timely submission of response to the various observations made therein. Analysis of loan proposals and mapping them on a SWOT analysis grid to ascertain the underlying viability. Analysis of financial and operational strengths & weaknesses by analyzing financial, business, management and industry risks. Assigning the risk ratings as per various risk parameters associated with the credit appraisal namely financial, management, business and industry risks. Credit appraisal of Corporates / Non-Corporates for working capital, term loans, & other structured products. Interacting with clients and understanding their requirements. Preparing & presentation of proposals for submission to Management Committees for approval.
