Having ~8 years of experience in Automation and Manual Testing with different domains as On-Demand, Healthcare, E-commerce, Social Platforms and currently working with Paytm.com and responsible for all backend processes that involve Paytm Service Agent Management, Catalog Management, Order Management, Automated courier process, Risk or Fraud analysis. Same time, preparing automation process including tools Webdriver, Appium, Rest-assured.
Here in KOOVS.COM, I am responsible for all backhand ecom process that involves Warehouse management, Catalog management, Order management, Automated courier process. Sametime preparing automation process including tools webdriver, appium, rest assured. Right now prepared a common java based framework for web, mobile, and services testing. - Handling QA team and playing role of individual contributor as well. - Requirement understanding and creating Test plan, Scenarios and Test Cases. - Maintaining Jira sprint board for sprints. - Testing features / changes manually on API level, front end level, Backend level. - Automating features using java, selenium and TestNG. - Owing the task till production deployment. - Post deployment sign off. - Sharing QA report and Bug summary report. - Provide system improvement suggestions. - Deals with different Technologies as Kafka, Akamai, Solr, Redis, Docker. - Hands on in E-com processes (Warehouse Management, Catalog Management, Order Management)
- Analyze requirements - Understands the requirements and translate those into use cases/test cases - Provide inputs for testing strategy/planning - Creates an automation strategy - Update test cases for relevant areas on the base of impact analysis - Analyze the impact of new features added into system or change in requirements or bug fix - Responsible for Web-based Application and Mobile Application testing (IOS, Android) - Performs Verification, Validation, Smoke, Sanity, Regression, System, Integration Testing. - Coach and mentor other team members - Support for other QA engineers in terms of technical issues. - Give correct estimates in terms of QA. - Provides training to the new hired QA Engineers. - Good interpersonal skills, committed, result-oriented, hard-working with a quest and zeal to learn new technologies.
