- Provide UFB Technical Support to Chorus Technicians, Field Managers and other internal staff - Hands on Experience with Net-MAP, Citrix Apps, ICMS, Tech Mate, Oracle Field Service Cloud and other UFB provisioning tools - Working with SharePoint lists and keeping them up to date with current/active and completed orders - Design and troubleshoot ROW (UFB) network - Troubleshoot ONT (Optical Network Terminal) Traffic light issues using Chorus Tools - Provide first line technical troubleshooting for SDU (Single Dwelling Units) and MDU (Multi Dwelling Units) - Responsible for providing & explaining UFB technical maps/drawings to Field Technicians and other internal staff where necessary - Helping technicians in locating network assets by checking UFB technical documentation - Responsible for generating daily reports for open orders within the company and providing it to other teams and staffs - Coordinating with various utility companies and gain approval for the poles to be used on Chorus network - Responsible for analyzing and providing solutions for major network issues referred as Augmentations - Coordinating and working closely with Chorus provisioning teams on time to time basis to resolve provisioning issues with service orders - Generating reports to track the progress & improve work processes - Managing internal UFB projects and providing suggestions for process improvements
