I'm responsible for overall administrative matters of the company e.g. Canteen management, Accommodation management, Company vehicles management & General Office administration. In Addition I'm have to look after Administration & Human Resources activities at our sister company (Monument Mengapur Sdn Bhd). Finally I have to ensure expenditures of admin department comply with the approved budget.

• Establishment , review and implementation of Human Resource policy including terms and conditions of employment as to be aligned with company business objectives • Human resource planning ,recruitment and retention activities • Providing strategic support and initiatives on enhancement of human Resource functions • Managing personnel administrative functions such as record keeping, attendances monitoring • Enhancing employees skills through proper training and development programs • Establishing and monitoring employee performance system that congruent to the company objectives • Establishing and administering compensation packages and other benefits as to ensure employees are compensated as per industry standard • Maintaining harmonious working environment via good industrial relation practices • Monthly payroll administration.
