Identification of new clients and generating leads Understanding client requirements and responsible for lead conversion. Drafting proposals post discussion with the management. Manage communication with all the existing customers. Follow up for repeat orders, track monthly sales from each existing customer and strategize increasing orders. Build rapport and act as a single point of contact for all sales & service related issues.
Responsible for generating leads from South Indian States of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh, end-to-end management of sales cycle; from lead conversion to delivery of machines to post-sales customer service.
