During my time as an HR intern, I had the chance to get hands-on with many aspects of the employee experience. I helped post job openings and review CVs, which taught me how to spot great potential and understand what different teams were really looking for. I also coordinated interviews and supported the onboarding process — from preparing welcome kits to guiding new hires through their first days, making sure they felt comfortable and informed. Behind the scenes, I helped keep employee records organized, assisted with internal events, and supported team training sessions. This role gave me real insight into how HR brings people and processes together, and helped me build stronger communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
