As the Vice President of Global IT Strategic Business Partner at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, I oversee the evolution of technology roadmaps and execution of projects aligned to the global functions of Global Product Design & Development and Global Product Strategy and Planning. In my previous role , I led a team of IT professionals who are responsible for implementing and managing SAP and other enterprise applications across Goodyear's regions and business units. I also drive digital transformation initiatives that enhance business capabilities and improve end-to-end integration. Some of the key projects that I have successfully delivered include the migration of SAP to the cloud, the implementation of Hybris and Adobe for B2B and B2C websites, and the integration of Msoft Dynamics for retail operations. I have also developed and executed IT strategies for new business models, such as the acquisition of Cooper Tire & Rubber Company.
