Specific Duties also include - 1) Serve and offer information for meeting organizational requirements to guarantee competitive and cost sensitive programs. 2) Suggest improvements on current competitiveness and comply with tax, legal and environmental considerations and internal accounting controls. 3) View property and suites with prospective residents. 4) Answer tenant enquiries and coordinate with team members. 5) Coordinate new tenants set-up procedures. 6) Monitor and lead for renter and international move specialists. 8) Establish, review and modify international relocation strategy. 9) Support property manager to type, phototype, format documents and draft reports from different materials. 10) Monitor repairs and maintenance. 11) Extend excellent customer service to guarantee high levels of resident satisfaction. 12) Offer data and analysis on program performance and exceptions. 13) Advice and counsel on accounting and relocation issues. 14) Ensure vendors deliver above expected levels of service. 15) Coordinate data integrity for year-end tax gross up. 16) Ensure tenants comply with Lease Agreement
