- Lead site EHS strategy for plant preparation ahead of dismantling works - Ensure correct planning and execution of gas isolation, safety purging, and electrical plant isolation - Oversee Permit to Work (PTW), risk assessments, and hazard identification processes - Conduct site inspections and enforce compliance with EHS procedures - Coordinate with contractors to ensure safe systems of work prior to dismantling - Deliver inductions and supervise toolbox talks across site teams - Provide daily reporting on EHS activities, risks, and incidents - Authority to stop unsafe work and enforce immediate corrective actions

This includes overseeing the mobilized, Contractor & Subcontractors to ensure their compliance with project HSE requirements, legal obligation , utilizing both leading and lagging key performance indicators, and monitoring the project's HSE performance in relation to the set objectives. * Enforcing the implementation of Qatar Energy, North Oil Company (NOC), Total Energies and QCS 2024 project Health & Safety (HSE) management program and ensuring the EPCIC contractor's HSE management system is effectively implemented during the execution phase, in accordance with associated international HSE standards. * Actively engaging in the identification of project-specific risks and ensuring these risks are evaluated and mitigated through reduced impact and probability, while also ensuring timely communication with the construction team for adherence.
* Monitoring and supporting ongoing projects to enhance HSE performance, conducting comprehensive HSE audits and inspections, developing essential trend analyses, creating new procedures and action plans, providing training, facilitating meetings, and implementing verification programs. * Serving as the central point of contact for security matters, ensuring the safety and protection of the project's personnel, worksites, materials, equipment, facilities, completed work, and assets; periodically coordinating with security focal staff to confirm that security risk assessments are carried out, including their implementation. * Enthusiastically coordinating with team members to support the preparation of regular HSE reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, by utilizing data from monitoring key performance indicators and conducting reviews of those reports prior submitting them to management or clients. * Based on identified anomaly monitored the submitted observation programs to identify both safe and at risk behaviors, at the same time suggested and recommended EPCIC contractor necessary improvement. * Proactively ensuring likely emergency response scenarios are identified, assessed, along with contingency measures are kept in place in line with the project's scope. And concurrently, coordinating with the Emergency response team to guarantee the effective implementation of the project emergency response plans. * Serving as a key representative, I ensure daily adherence to the Occupational Health Program, diligently overseeing the health screenings, surveillance, and interviews to maintain the health and wellbeing of the project team. * Setting Project Safety Standards based on the organization’s International Standards (HSSE Control Framework); constantly reviewing Safety Standards * Reporting accidents/near misses and environmental information as required by the management, ensuring corrective actions for preventing re-occurrence of the accident.
* Developed and assisted Project HSEM – Brownfield & Shutdown in implementing the Project Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) Plans, and for ensuring the effective implementation of Contractor’s HSE Management System at Contractor Brownfield & Shutdown scope of work. * Providing continual communication, coordination, and advice to the project HSEM – Brownfield & Shutdown on HSES issues and the HSES performance of project Subcontractors and Vendors. * Support the project subcontractors in their preparation for site mobilization and make sure to provide them with standard Safety, Health, Environment advice, guidance including PMT Managers. * Through networking, influencing skills, negotiation skills, and technical knowledge I had established direction and HSE culture at project yard site. To support and promote the project Observation & Intervention program and the Incident and Injury Free program. * Managed HSE Observation Program (STOP CARD) of ongoing work activities to identify safe and at-risk behaviors, adopting best practices to capture and track safety performance data in ‘real-time’, and using predictive modelling techniques that rapidly identify trending hazards to ensure necessary safety improvements can be identified and implemented for immediate effect * Monitor HSES statistics and identify trends. Report trends in a timely manner and prepare action plans to promote continual improvement.
* Currently drafting and reviewing the Project HSE Plan (as required) aimed at defining the control measures to be adopted for ensuring the safe execution of specific project activities. * Coordinating & leading Safety audits and environmental audits on projects. * Verifying the contractors’ documents necessary for their access to site and for operating on site, sending the evaluation to the project Manager for the formal authorization. * Verifying the immediate and root causes of the incidents occurred during the project execution and produce all the required documents in compliance with the company’s internal procedure. * Monitoring the Project HSE aspects through audits and periodic HSE Inspections of the worksite. * Taking part in the official meetings with Client and in coordination meetings with Subcontractor Representatives. * Collecting and analyzing the HSE performance data on the Project and accordingly suggesting improvement actions. * Developing a safe working culture within the company and its projects * Prepare and updated Project Safety Management plan * Develop and updated Project specific HSE procedures , Work Instruction, Guidelines and Legal Compliance.
