• Integrated buy-side due diligence (Commercial, Operational and Financial) for a UAE-based Facilities Management player successfully acquiring a UAE-based security services provider (US$34m); conducted commercial baseline review (contracts, key clients, market), assessment of business plan and developed financial forecast and preliminary valuation model • Identified and detailed expansion options for a large steel producer in the middle east covering products, geographies, processes, technologies and plant details. The exercise required a detailed market assessment that involved an extensive understanding of steel production, consumption, raw material availability, imports, exports and key competitors within the region
• Commercial and operational due diligence on behalf of a leading GCC sovereign wealth fund seeking to acquire a large chain of KSA-based dental/dermatology clinics; conducted in-depth assessment of costs and analysis of key cost drivers / value creation opportunities • Developed market assessment, strategy, and partnerships model for the “Abu Dhabi Residents Office” (ADRO) an entity under the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development, in addition to providing project management support towards the launch of ADRO • Conducted a back-office assessment and a shared service center feasibility study for a leading regional construction company, focusing on finance, procurement, HR, IT and legal. Subsequently designed the target state operating model and centralization roadmap for the each of the above functions
• Strategy and Planning - developing and executing B2B (travel-trade) market strategy for destination Dubai aimed at increasing leisure/ travel visitation across key visitor source markets (i.e., GCC, Spain and Portugal); including planning and execution of roadshows, familiarization trips, joint marketing agreements and appointment of in-country representative offices
