As a NOC Engineer, my responsibilities include: - Monitoring networking devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls through Zoho OP Manager and Everest InraonIMS . - Monitoring 2000+ links and 100+ nodes of firewall , routers and switches . - Around 19 locations are monitoring for 24×7 - Troubleshooting issues that arise in networking devices and identifying problematic ports and interfaces. - Investigating issues related to the Internet Service Provider (ISP) side. - Testing SNMP versions to prevent future monitoring issues. - Adding or removing devices from OP Manager as recommended by clients. - Raising tickets for clients based on priority, depending on the device affected by the outage. - Addressing real-time issues with clients to resolve problems promptly and avoid escalations. - Preparing weekly and monthly reports on outages that have occurred. - Recording all the alerts according to day to day basis
