Prepare weekly/monthly sales forcasting and monitor inventory levels, aiming to achieve shop sales targets on daily basis by the effective deployement of staffs and management of stock. Inspect that the merchandise displayed effectively using promotional materiel to reflect current demand. Maintain the highest level of inventory controls ( especially high value items) on a daily basis. Lead the team to maintain the correct basic stock levels within the boutique to ensure stock control and accuracy.
Ensuring high rate of sales conversion to achieve targets given for the period. Providing excellent customer service and ensure warm welcome to walk-in customer in showroom.
