Jobs and Responsibilities: ----------------------------- • Handling local and overseas Procurement for Construction, Projects and Factory / Production. • Creating the Procurement Plan to initiate the procurement process from start to finish. • Working with projects team to submit the Material Approval Request. • Working with internal Teams such as Procurement, Projects. Logistics, Finance and other stakeholders to coordinate all aspects of the project. • Coordinating with End-user or Client, reporting and updating the progress of project procurement. • Estimating and establishing cost parameters and budgets for purchases. • Developing plans for sourcing materials, equipment and services. • Identifying new vendors, developing and maintaining good relationships with them. • Preparing RFQ, reviewing vendor proposals, negotiating terms & conditions and leading the P.O / contract award process. • Inspecting and evaluating the quality of purchased items and resolving shortcomings. • Handling and Leading the subcontractors, Heavy Equipment Rental Services. • Preparing reports including cost analyses and maintaining accurate procurement records. • Ensure the company procurement needs, and cycle are covered in a timely and cost-effective manner. • Complying with the company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
