1. Providing Tier 1 and 2 technical support and guidance for software, hardware, and application support. Contribute as Team Lead or Member in the implementation of new IT Projects. 2. Perform workstation/server configuration management and documentation. 3. Monitor HPSM ticketing system for all incoming requests for server and application service to ensure that all actions taken are properly. 4. Talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of problems. 5. Assist customers to solutions, keeping them updated and assured. 6. Installation and configuring network switches and Routers (Cisco).
Remotely Monitoring and administration of server & clients. Installing and configuring access point for wireless network. Management of LAN servers, desktop and Network connections. Creating emails addresses for the user and allowing quota. Implementing & configuring new network resources.
