In my capacity as a Senior Advisor to the Chief Commercial Officer, my primary goal is to provide insightful advice and direction on all commercial and strategic initiatives within the organization, as well as to design and organize business plans and operating models for blue ocean projects. Moreover, I am tasked with formulating a detailed Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the organization's new business growth and sectors. Responsible for DaVita KSA operations P&L for all 26 clinics with a total of + 3,100 Pt & +900 employees ( clinical & operation staff). Oversee all aspects of the company’s activities, including solution development, pricing strategies, vendors relations, facilities, biomedical and customer interactions. Refine/detail roles and responsibilities for facilities and corporate office for better resources utilize and operation efficiency.
NMC Healthcare Saudi Arabia is a comprehensive network of hospitals and primary healthcare clinics established in 2018 following the acquisition and consolidation of multiple existing facilities. The organization manages more than 1,400 beds across five regions in Saudi Arabia, serving over 7,500 patients daily through its seven hospitals and three primary healthcare clinics.
AlSalam Medical Group manages a 100-bed hospital that provides a comprehensive array of inpatient and outpatient clinical services, as well as two outpatient clinics located in Riyadh. This facility is a member of the NMC Healthcare Saudi Arabia group.
