Leading multi-disciplinary team to ensure efficient delivery of proponent requirements during project construction and pre-commissioning activities. Acting as a primary representative of proponent organization to project management team. Coordinating closely with internal and external stakeholders, streamline efforts, and drive continuous improvement and ensure project delivery as per its intent and meeting the company and international standards requirements. Provide timely decisions on design, scope changes, technical queries, and project deliverables. Ensure all technical and functional requirements are clearly developed and implemented. Provide updates to management regarding progress, concerns, and required decisions. Lead the team to develop the operation instruction manual and prepare all related documents for commissioning and start up.
Performing equipment performance checks Review equipment operating parameters to ensure its running within acceptable range Monitoring the critical equipment through online condition monitoring and anticipating failures at a very early stage allowing for proper planning for switchover, material securing. Investigate rotating equipment recurring failures in the complex (Bad Actors equipment) Ensure and enhance the integrity and reliability of rotating equipment by daily monitoring of equipment performance parameters. Recommend and apply economic evaluations such as cost savings, profit improvements, reliability improvements and operational improvements for machinery.
