As a Solutions Architect at Dell Technologies, I manage enterprise accounts in India West, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. My role involves overseeing account operations and ensuring alignment with client objectives.
I oversee numerous Enterprise Accounts for India West and maintain relationships with key decision makers / Stakeholders in given account sets.
• Collaborate with technical teams to create customized solutions that align with customer business goals. • Serve as a subject matter expert on Dell Technologies’ product portfolio, including hardware, software, and services. • Provide product demonstrations, technical information, and insights during sales calls. • Partner with sales reps to develop strategies for meeting customer requirements.
Proficient in independently handling accounts when field solution architects are occupied assisting customers. Worked in post-sales opportunities as well, providing hassle-free experience and support for the customer. Designing and architecting storage, backup, and network solutions for customers. Presenting customer Demo and lead sales opportunity on Dell EMC Cloud IQ (Unified Endpoint management software)
