Draft, review, and update real estate regulations and policies in compliance with national laws and registration standards. Provide legal advice and support to registration offices, government entities, and stakeholders on property rights and registration procedures. Collaborate with internal departments to identify procurement and contracting needs and align them with operational priorities. Prepare requests for proposals (RFPs), evaluate and shortlist suppliers, and coordinate with specialized departments when technical expertise is required. Contribute to the preparation of periodic reports for the Procurement and Contracts Department to support planning and performance evaluation.
