- Manage the operation, maintenance, and performance of all mall engineering systems and facilities. - Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs to ensure maximum asset reliability and availability. - Supervise the operation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ELV, elevators, escalators, and building management systems. - Lead facilities and maintenance teams, including engineers, technicians, and outsourced service providers.
