Designed, managed, and maintained ICT infrastructure across office environments, including network architecture, firewall administration, switching/wireless, and secure access controls. Led deployment and administration of QNAP server/NAS environment from initial setup, including shared storage, backup operations, and access management. Managed network operations and segmentation across departments to improve reliability, control, and operational support workflows. Built and maintained an internal UniFi network monitoring tool to improve visibility and issue tracking. Implemented workflow automation using Microsoft Power Automate and n8n, including Adobe e-signature document handling and automatic archival of finalized signed files to shared folders. Developed and enforced ICT policies and digital security practices, and delivered staff training/guidance to improve compliance and safe technology use. Managed endpoint enrollment and security (Microsoft Intune, BitLocker) and supported OpenVPN remote access and connectivity troubleshooting. Provided end-user support and technical coordination across teams while ensuring system continuity, data protection, and service reliability.
