Responsibilities and Duties: 1) Preparation of projects tender documents, BOQ and technical specifications. 2) Conducting site visits, inspections and regular meetings with Clients prior submitting project design tender documents. 3) Site and home office support visits for under-construction projects, perform site inspections, regular meetings with contractors, daily communications and generating technical reports for ongoing activities also snag list report prior preliminary project hand over. 4) Perform all duties of supervision mechanical engineer mentioned below (as Mechanical Consultant Engineer). 5) Site visits for tender projects (Design/Supervision), meeting the clients, make discussions for tender requirements & prepare visit reports.
Review & study project tender design drawings, technical specifications & project BOQ. Review, study & approve mechanical materials & shop drawings submittals, based on project design, specification & approved materials vender list. Establishing the background of monitoring contractors engineering works by preparing log sheets for materials & shop drawing submittals, also remaining submittals list according to Project design drawings, Specifications & BOQ. Follow up contractor’s works on site through regular meetings, official letters & daily conversations. Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly reports regarding working progress, follow up & update project time line schedule. Check & approve materials delivery, site works, testing & commissioning of systems & As-built drawings at end of project. Supervision on execution of mechanical services including testing & commissioning until project hand-over. Check & approve contractor’s financial payments for mechanical works. Review & study submitted variation orders by Contractors for mechanical works.
Provide mechanical and electrical maintenance works for existing residential/commercial buildings. Provide MEP consultations for customers regarding renovations & maintenance works wherever required. Distribute electrical materials so as cables, wires, circuit breakers, panels, sockets & switches…etc. to local customers such as suppliers’ markets, buildings owners, contractors...etc. *Establishing & finalizing project MEP design drawings with project MEP Operator Consultant thru regular meetings & daily conversation. Review and coordinate Mechanical design with Architectural and Finishing layouts. Projects: 1) Private villas and commercial buildings 2) Hilton double tree hotel, Amman

Projects: 1) JTI Manufacturing Factory Extension. PK-2 / Building Extension. Amman, Jordan. 2) Radiotherapy Center Expansion Project at King Abdullah University Hospital. Irbid, Jordan. Responsibilities and Duties: *Review project tender design drawings, technical specifications & project BOQ. *Review & approve all mechanical materials & drawings submittals. *Follow up contractors works execution on site through regular meetings, daily conservations and through updated project time schedule. *Acceptance of shop drawings, materials, site works, testing & commissioning of systems. *Supervision on execution of mechanical services. *Check & approve mechanical work sheets prior submitting project payments by contractor.
