I have more than ten (11) years of experience in the bridge, flyover, building, and road construction field. Seeking a challenging position in the field of engineering that would allow me to utilize my technical knowledge and skills as an active member in such an organisation where i can have ample scope to learn with the professional development. i) Project management, cost management & client management. ii) Planning for project work implementation, estimating, ensure design drawing & materials to the site. iii) Prepare of weekly and monthly work schedule, Make monthly budget & requisition etc. iv) Site supervision & BOQ, Estimate, variation of bill. v) To carry out work management and coordination as directed by office. vii) To supervise and work with technical/nontechnical persons assigned to ensure satisfactory work completion. viii) To carry out site supervision and inspection of the works including any off-site manufacturing as instructed by consultant team so as to ensure that the works are constructed to the required quality and accuracy. ix) To monitor progress of the works on site and at any off-site manufacturing facilities and report delays immediately. x) To provide standing supervision as and when directed by the consult team. xi) To maintain proper and updated daily records of all works done, including records of tests, inspections, status of works, safety, site diary, materials and equipment on site, labour, dayworks, provisional quantities etc. xii) To check services routes and contractor`s setting out and report any deviations to the consultant team/client. xiii) To verify reports and claims submitted by contractors. xiv) To record all variations as instructed or approved by consultant team/ client. xv) To inspect and take over completed works. xvi) Determine, at an early stage, the exact client requirement. xvii) Attend client meetings as required. xviii) Monitor project deadline and assist team member in meeting deadlines. xix) Continually review quality practices within the team. xx) Ensure all instructions from clients are clarified. xxiii) Contractor bill checking and preparation of payment schedule for contractor. xxiv) Supervision of raft foundation, retaining wall, underground water reservoir at basement.
*Widening of Road and Construction of Elevated Road from Panchabati to Mukterpur Bridge Project. i) Project Feature: This project includes 10.25 km Road widening & 6.4 km Elevated Road, underpass & overpass, RCC bridge, underground utility services, drain, culvert rigid and flexible pavements, asphalt work by PMB and establishment of two sets electronic toll plaza. ii) Responsible for Planning & Preparation of inception report, study & review shop drawing, review sub soil investigation report with recommendation management monitoring of site supervision staffs, developing tools for quality control of field and lab test as per standard technical specification, attending progress meeting, coordinating and liaison maintain with high officials of consultant and clients. iii) Performing and supervision of field survey. iv) Analysis of daily reports and monitoring geotechnical investigation sites. v) Performing and supervision of Piling work, Pile Cap, Pier column, Pier head, PC & Box girder, Sheet pile, Cofferdam. vi) Performing and supervision of Pile Integrity Test (PIT), Static Load Test (SLT), Uplift Load Test (ULT), Lateral Load Test (LLT). vii) Supervision of Pile Dynamic Analysis (PDA), Ultrasonic Test.
* Sylhet Gas Fields Project (Well No-10) i) Project management, cost management & client management. ii) Planning for project work implementation, estimating, ensure design drawing & materials to the site. iii) Preparation of project BOQ, statement, work plan and monitoring the daily work. iv) Preparing & checking the bill of sub-contractors. v) Performing and supervision of land development such as sand filling, earth work, turfing work, wooden pile, palisading etc. at road and rig foundation area. vi) Performing and supervision of road work such as single layer brick flat soling, herringbone bond etc. vii) Performing and supervision of RCC culvert work such as earth excavation, single layer brick flat soling, mass concrete, RCC works etc. viii) Performing and supervision of rig and machine foundations such as earth excavation, single layer brick flat soling, RCC works, wooden pile, macadam, pile cap etc. ix) Performing and supervision of drainage work such as single layer brick flat soling, mass concrete, brick walls, and plaster with neat cement finishing etc.
