Joined RNK & Sons in 2008 as Director and played a pivotal role in formally launching the company's operations. My primary responsibility was to establish the organizational structure and drive business development. While the early stages presented significant challenges, I successfully achieved the set objectives by developing a professional team and organizing the company’s operations into distinct departments, each tailored to the nature of the business. Under my leadership, the company has expanded its offerings and built a strong reputation for delivering innovative solutions and projects to clients. RNK & Sons is now recognized for its expertise in the following sectors: Renewable Energy and Lighting, Security and Surveillance Solutions, and Supplies and Trade. Through strategic partnerships with multinational companies and leading product manufacturers, RNK & Sons continues to provide high-quality solutions and successful project execution. In 2009, I also spearheaded the establishment of R'enovez, a subsidiary dedicated to executing Interior and Renovation Projects, further diversifying the company’s portfolio.
As the Incharge of Operations at the regional level, I oversaw and managed the efficient functioning of 20 branches within the designated region. My role involved driving operational excellence, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless coordination between branches to meet performance goals. I was responsible for implementing banking policies, maintaining operational standards, and improving service delivery across all locations. Additionally, I lead cross-functional teams, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. With a focus on continuous improvement, I worked to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and drive growth within the region. Core responsibilities encompassed: To oversee daily operations and performance of 20 branches within the region. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and adherence to operational standards. Analyze operational data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Manage regional budgets and resources to ensure optimal branch performance. During the stay in Saudi Pak Commercial Bank Ltd as Regional Consumer Manager, The responsibilities which were fulfilled includes Successful Re-launch of the Auto Finance Scheme with the brand name "TOP GEAR", Supervised the consumer banking functions for Central Region with the network of 18 Branches, Successfully built the consumer department's performing team & conducted the training sessions, Had the honor of reviewing the PPG with the suggestions before the final approval from the BOD, Conducted the training course at State Bank of Pakistan on Consumer banking with the MA's of IBP & Staff College, as a member of the committee formed for development of the Consumer Banking Software, had attended the brain storming secessions at COK, Attended review meeting at COK during consumer dept policy making, Effectively monitored/supervised the MIS for consumer sales, disbursements of Loans, recovery policy, etc. Conducted the training secessions to train the consumer banking staff on the software. My leadership was centered on fostering a culture of excellence, customer-first mentality, and achieving set targets that contribute to the overall success of consumer banking division.
