About

As a life science graduate, I am deeply passionate about biological research and development. My curiosity-driven mindset and commitment to scientific learning motivate me to work with dedication and integrity. I am driven by a strong sense of responsibility to advance human health and contribute to the well-being of our planet. Over the past several years, I have worked across academic research labs and the pharmaceutical industry, gaining a strong foundation in wet lab experimentation, biomaterials research, and regulated analytical workflows. My research experience spans perfusion-based cardiac tissue decellularization, histological characterization, molecular analysis, and bioinformatics-driven data interpretation. During my master's thesis at the Institute of Tissue Banking and Biomaterial Research (ITBBR) in Bangladesh, I developed a perfusion decellularization chamber, conducted whole-heart decellularization, and performed histological, biochemical, and DNA quantification analyses, contributing to the development of regenerative medicine-focused biomaterials. Professionally, I served as a Senior Analytical Development Executive at Eskayef Pharmaceuticals Ltd., where I developed and validated analytical methods for raw materials and finished products, executed HPLC/UPLC-based testing, ensured compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to support product development. I also bring experience in microbiology, molecular biology, GFP-based visualization systems, and bioinformatics analysis using tools such as STRING and Cytoscape. My academic journey includes earning the prestigious NEF Fellowship, NST Fellowship, and multiple merit-based scholarships. Driven by curiosity and a commitment to scientific advancement, I am passionate about interdisciplinary research in biomaterials, regenerative medicine, molecular biotechnology, and analytical sciences. I thrive in environments that value innovation, precision, and collaborative problem-solving, and I aim to contribute to impactful research and technology development in the biomedical sciences.

I successfully developed a perfusion decellularization setup for the whole organ decellularization, performed histological analysis using H&E and Masson's Trichrome staining to confirm ECM decellularization. Moving forward, I also carried out DNA Quantification and bio-burden testing to assess ECM quality. I was successful in producing structurally preserved, fully decellularized cardiac ECM suitable for downstream tissue engineering applications like cardiac patches, solid scaffolds, soluble or injectable hydrogels. I strongly anticipate that it will benefit in the future research in the field of biomaterials and regenerative medicine for cardiovascular complications.
