Supported in resolving Infra related issues for the Linux, Windows, AIX platforms hosted over onSite, VMC ,AWS. Participation in change management activities like upgrading the instance type, Changing instance type, increasing disk size, taking snapshots, building AMI , adding inbound/outbound rules in AWS security groups after security team approval manually or through Terraform code. Participation in patching activities using Jenkins. Participation in upgradation of Application versions (AppD, Controlm, Splunk) over various platforms. Resolved issues related to Axway, Commvault.
