Artificial Intelligence is rapidly transforming education and research. Yet the biggest challenge is no longer the technology itself. It is how organizations adopt AI responsibly, securely and at scale. I work with universities, research institutions and executive leaders to navigate this transformation. Helping them balance innovation with governance, compliance, digital sovereignty and security, while ensuring AI delivers meaningful impact for students, researchers and staff. Across the education and research sector, I help organizations move beyond isolated experiments towards sustainable AI adoption that is trusted, governed and aligned with institutional goals. At Microsoft, I partner with CIOs, executive boards, IT leaders and research stakeholders to: • Shape AI strategies that align innovation with institutional priorities • Accelerate adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Data & AI platforms and AI Agents • Enable governance frameworks for responsible AI, privacy, compliance and security • Bridge the gap between technology, research, education and business stakeholders • Turn AI ambition into measurable organizational transformation I believe organizations should not be forced to choose between innovation and responsibility. The institutions that will lead tomorrow are those that create the conditions for both. My work sits at the intersection of AI, governance, digital sovereignty and organizational change. Not simply deploying technology, but helping organizations rethink how people, processes and technology come together to create lasting impact.
