My name is Mohamed Tarak Bahloul, I am 31 years old, and I hold a Professional Master’s degree in Innovation and Supply Chain Management, obtained in 2020. I began my career as a Production Manager from October 2020 to November 2021, where I gained solid experience in shop-floor management and operational performance. I then joined another organization as a Continuous Improvement Manager from November 2021 to May 2023, focusing on process optimization and performance excellence. Since May 2023, I have been working as a Methods and Continuous Improvement Engineer in a multinational automotive company TESCA. In parallel, I also act as a Training Manager for new recruits and lead the Sprint Standard at group level, having been selected for this strategic role within the company’s multinational structure.
