As a Design and Development Director in “DAR” which exclusively focused on residential and hospitality Luxury Branded projects, I oversee the full development lifecycle, from project inception to completion, my role encompasses the following: • Leading the delivery of luxury branded residential and hospitality developments, with full oversight of the entire development lifecycle from project inception through completion. • The role is centered on driving development strategy, commercial alignment, and execution excellence across complex, high-end projects. Responsibilities include developing and implementing development strategies and business plans, covering feasibility studies, budgeting, scheduling, and project simulations. • Managing and coordinating internal and external stakeholders, including design consultants, contractors, and vendors, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and brand standards. • Working in close coordination with finance and investment teams to define project KPIs, oversee RFP preparation, tendering processes, and contractual documentation, and manage consultant and contractor agreements to mitigate risk and optimize value. • Identifying and evaluating strategic partnership opportunities, with clear analysis and recommendations presented to senior executive leadership. • Overseeing the design development process, managing tendering for design and construction works, and ensuring corporate strategy is effectively translated into operational development plans that support the company’s commercial objectives and long-term growth.
