My entire professional experience has been focused on Renewable Energy technology, which has fostered my strong interest in renewable energy projects due to my deep involvement in this field. I am proud to be the only HSE resource in Morocco with extensive experience across all phases of photovoltaic projects, including Construction, Operation & Maintenance, and Development. I played a key role in Morocco’s first photovoltaic project (NOOR PV), contributing from the construction phase through to three years of O&M as an HSE Engineer. My responsibilities spanned from EPC to owner’s representative, and I am proud to have helped achieve a significant milestone of 2 million safe man-hours while overcoming various challenges across the three PV plants…✔️
Projects QHSE Manager at Green Power Morocco Holding | Solar Project 34 MW. 40MW. 40MW| SOLARIS Tangier PV Modules Manufacturing | Job Description: - Monitor/audit E&S compliance across the site; - Monitor the QHSE Aspects within Almaden PV Modules Manufacturing, As Part of GPM Holding Business. - Support in Development of the future GPM PV Projects. - Follow up of (E&S)Environmental and Social Studies of the Future Renewable Energy Project. - Coordination with all Stakeholders related to Existing and future Projects. - Perform site HSE inspections and audits as per the agreed local and international standards ( IFC PS, ILO, OSHA, ISO 45001…) - Monitor the compliance with the approved Integrated Management System | IMS Coordination. - Identify hazards, carrying out risk assessments, and ensuring subsequent corrective actions are implemented; - Investigate all accident/incident/near miss may occur on site and report to the relevant functional heads; - Collect monthly QHSE Statistics and carry out analysis of trends and performances; - Auditing the Contractor activity and ensure the implementation of the corrective and preventive actions; - Carry out training of staff members, including internal/external training. - Review QHSE management plans & RAMS issued by the Contractor and provide support for completion; - Support the Project team and engage with local stakeholders on all the QHSE aspects. - Follow up the Social aspects within the existing and future projects as per the agreed ESAI Study. - Attend different meetings and follow up of the related action plans related to ( Projects Stakeholders, Internal Meetings, EPC Meetings…) - Follow up of the certification process related to ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, And maintain Compliance Audit.

-Solar Plants: - Implementation of HSEM Plans on the three sites under Operation & maintenance acitivities and EPC Construction, commissioning activities. - Carry out sites surveys to see that only safe work methods statement related to Operation & maintenance activities are in operation, that health and safety requirment are beeing observed, and that walfare and first aid facilities are adecuate and properly maintained. - To assist the the External and conduct the internal audits in the three sites LYN & BJD & ORZ (Environmental and Social Audits from 5Capitals as per ISO 14001 requirements, internal OHS Audit, PSM Audit ) and the follow up of the action plan with a closure report. - Reporting the Monthly, Quarterly HSE Performence Report & Environmental Quarterly reports for the Three sites. - HSEMP & Procedures revisions. - Ensure to held the HSE Weekly & Monthly meeting , HSSE Committee meeting with O&M Team and EPC team separately and the follow up of the action plans via Synergi Life software. - Ensure the full implementation of COVID-19 Management guidelines. - Management of the three sites access control.( Access request, Gate pass management ). - To support and promote all HSE policies and procedures implemented within the company, - Develop and implement fire prevention programs, fire drill evacuation plan, emergency resopnse and preparedness. - Follow up of Staff initial and the referesh of internal and external trainings ( Fire fighting training,Firts Aid training, Electrical training , Health check up ) - Provision and use of protective clothing and HSE equipment with the follow up of calibration as needed. - Carry out site surveys to see that only safe work methods statement related to 225/60 Kv substation and transmission line activities are fully implimented. - Ensure that safety equipment PPE and first aid kit are as per the set standads and specification. - Risk Management scoring implementation and follow up of the action plan on Quarterly basis.
