I have over 24 years of intensive experience in the structural design of different types of building structures in the middle east region up to 50 stories in both concrete and steel structures using the latest versions of the structural computer aids such as ETABS, SAP200, SAFE, STAAD Pro, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, PROKON, Tower, Tekla, Hilti PROFIS-Anchor and MS Office. I have full awareness of the structural specification standards such as Eurocode, BS, and American standards as well as the local specifications of UAE and more specifically Abu Dhabi. I am skilled in design review for structural calculation, material transmittals, shop drawings and architectural drawings, preparation of structural tender documents, and preparation of technical evaluation reports. I am qualified for coordination with different UAE authorities in accordance with the specific procedures.

Lead the technical support for the structural design and civil works on site for underground parking in Direya Development, Riyadh.
Structural Design Core Team to continue the outstanding construction works in KAFD, Area 2 by reviewing the historical information, design different types of structures in different scales of RC and steel design for more than twenty high-rise buildings. Respond to RFI's from the main contractors and resolve the technical problems that occur onsite. Using the latest versions of sophisticated software such as ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, and other design aids according to the lSBC-2018 and the latest American standards of ACI318, AISC360. Coordinate and attend the meetings with the Client (KAFD) and the different parties i.e. main contractors and supervision consultants.
Lead the structural design of two underground metro stations in the iconic project of Dubai, Expo Route 2020 as an extension of the main metro line to the Expo location.

− Structural design using SAP2000, SAFE, AutoCAD and MS-Excel for 40 villas and 15 Additions in Khalifa-A City, Khalifa-B, Mohamed Bin Zayed (MBZ) City and Mussaffah Industrial City. − Obtaining the Building Permit for the structural drawings for the designed premises from Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM).
