To continually support the management in decision-making through analysis and reporting of financial performance, maintaining effective controls over the company’s financial processes and preparing financial statements and management information
o Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control and petty cash. o Monitor and manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts. o Develop and implement policies and procedures as required to ensure that personnel and financial information is secure. Preparing profit and loss statements. o Prepare and interpret management accounts and monthly, quarterly and annual reports. o Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction and optimizing financial resources. o Prepare budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; recommending plans. Achieve budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. o Liaise with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out. o Provides status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data. o Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. o Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures o Manage and lead the entire accounts and finance department o Banking Facility Management o Maintain banking relationships and reconciliations. o Review of all daily transactions o VAT Implementation and Compliance o Ensure proper documentation and filing systems o Managing payroll for staff working on WEBHR System
