In this role, l am responsible for defining, aligning, driving, and continuously improving a customer-focused Operations strategy, in alignment with the global organizational strategy. I do lead the Operations function at a global level, shaping the operating model across the entire value chain. This includes Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), production, production engineering, planning and fulfillment, procurement, logistics, quality, continuous improvement, project execution, and the information systems architecture within Operations.

I worked almost 5 years in company SIDEM as Electrical Project Engineer/Lead Engineer. I was mainly in Charge: - to issue technical specification, - follow the project electrical engineering team, - issue the request for quotation, negociate with suppliers and issue purchase orders, - do the expediting, - attend FAT, - attend coordination Meeting with end Client. I worked in different Projects: AL HIDD (Bahrain),Zuara/Derna/Sussa/Zawia (Libya), Ras Laffan (Qatar)
