I am a Project Manager in the Southern region of Morocco. Currently managing 5 differents projects (2 dams, a sanitary landfills and 2 protections of Wadis). My 6 years of experience were mainly acquired on major projects such as underground works (the Diversion Tunnel for the Kharroub Dam) and Hydraulic works (the Dam of Kharroub (Ste d'entreprise Houar) and the Dam of Toudgha (STAM)). I am highly regarded by my collegues for creating optimal conditions for construction, methods improvements, best workstation organisation and costs optimisation. Due to my professional background I am able to move from a design office position to a construction site and work in a collaborative way with the project teams. I have an in-depth technical knowledge, combined with analytical, anticipating and organisation skills. Furthermore I interface with production and design teams and I have demonstrated strong human contacts and excellent cooperation with the project stakeholders.
