I’m a BIM professional with over 11 years of hands-on experience in digital construction, project integration, and multidisciplinary coordination. My journey in the AEC industry has been built on a deep passion for efficiency, innovation, and transforming traditional workflows through intelligent modeling and structured project delivery. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to lead BIM implementation across complex, high-impact projects—ranging from large-scale educational campuses and luxury hotels to government buildings, metro lines, and major infrastructure developments. I’ve collaborated closely with consultants, engineers, contractors, and clients, ensuring that project information is coordinated, compliant with international standards like ISO 19650, and optimized for every phase of the construction lifecycle. My experience spans the full spectrum of BIM management—from authoring BEPs and setting up Common Data Environments to conducting clash detection, facilitating coordination meetings, and training teams on Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud. I’ve been especially passionate about digital transformation, helping organizations shift from CAD-based systems to fully BIM-integrated platforms, driving clarity, reducing risk, and improving delivery timelines. Leading the BIM strategy and implementation for the SHURA Island mega-development under Red Sea Global, aligned with ISO 19650 and project-specific digital delivery requirements. Developed the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and managed the delivery of all BIM-related documentation, including EIR, MIDP, and TIDP. Coordinated multidisciplinary BIM teams across design consultants, contractors, and client representatives to ensure timely and clash-free model delivery. Oversaw the setup and configuration of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for project collaboration, issue tracking, and data management. Conducted BIM quality control checks, model validation, clash detection, and ensured adherence to LOD requirements. Led BIM workshops and stakeholder alignment meetings to ensure a unified digital delivery vision. Provided training and technical support to project stakeholders on BIM tools, workflows, and standards. Supported integration of 4D and 5D BIM workflows for construction planning and cost control.
Served as a BIM Coordinator across several high-profile projects in Riyadh, including Misk Schools Campus, STAGE Tower, El-Sitten Tower, and Samhan Heritage Hotel in Diriyah and KAFD. Coordinated architectural, structural, and MEP BIM models using Navisworks and Revit to ensure accurate interdisciplinary integration and clash-free design. Supported the development and execution of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and Model Progression Specifications (MPS) in compliance with client requirements. Managed model federations and clash detection processes, resolving design conflicts early in the preconstruction phase. Facilitated BIM meetings with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to align model coordination and delivery timelines. Assisted in the adoption of Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM 360) for document management, version control, and collaborative reviews. Provided hands-on support and training to project engineers and CAD teams on best BIM practices and model structuring. Played a key role in integrating 4D BIM models for construction sequencing and site planning.
