Responsibility of sourcing Raw & Pack goods and managing vendors .this position will manage reliable and cost effective supply chain strategies to deliver the materials to the manufacturing and business operations of Froneri .this position works closely with Manufacturing ,Logistics ,Quality , Engineering and Finance. -Oversee and supervise the purchasing department - Leads vendors / Supplier’s selection and maintains key working relationships with them -Develop and execute purchasing strategies - Negotiate with strategic suppliers for optimal terms -Work with vendors to maintain nd improve services -Seek and partner with reliable vendors - Assess,manage and mitigate risks, perform cost and scenario analysis , identify cost saving opportunities - Follow up with the suppliers on a daily basis in coordination with direct spend team strategy. - Manage and support in the key business projects i.e: cost reduction , buying better , take cost out ,quality improvement , sustainability sourcing & ensuring supply. - Ensure the legal and financial compliance of the spend in scope ,covering aspects such as Material specification , contract approvals , conditions negotiations & general terms. - Conduct market analysis and scanning internal and external markets for innovation opportunities. - Responsible for the Raw materials budget and anticipate each market's risk and opportunities. -Manage supplier relations and ensure that their service level is matching out aims. - Ensure that all suppliers have no overdue payment for the supplier - Competitive Biddings & Risk mitigations.
