Find the right source for the needed materials. Support all departments to get their needs on the right time, right quality, reasonable price Send RFQ, evaluate the offers and issue purchase order as per company policy. Draft the contract (purchase agreement) when needed. Follow up and expedite the ordered material. Coordinate with government to get the required approval. Inspection of material in factory and at site Start process of payment.
Supervision of warehouse activities of receiving, issueing, inventory and arrangement. Maintain and update warehouse the data in computer system. Follow safety procedures in all activities. Help warehouse manager in management of warehouse resourses. Moniter and evaluation of warehouse foreman performance. Attend meeting to arrange daily work. Arrange shift schedule for the staff.
