Monitor all quality related activities on site. Conduct all internal & external inspections and material tests liaising with the Engineer on behalf of MIVAN and its subcontractors. Verify quality requirements are specified to construction teams, subcontractors and vendors. Applying project quality system management documentation on site. Monitor the remedial works and corrective action on site for all issued nonconformance reports. Assist the Quality manager on all quality related issues. Assist site personnel in the investigation and reporting of non-conformances Identify and perform preventive and corrective actions within the site management team to enhance continual improvement.
Responsible for supporting the Mechanical Systems Department (HVAC, Plumbing & Fire) on all aspects of design and for construction Stages. Review engineering design packages for constructability issues. Review and respond to subcontractor’s technical queries. submittals, site supervision and witnessing all tests required. Preparing site progress reports related to HVAC, Firefighting and Plumbing systems according to plans, schedules, concept of engineering and quality. Cavity shop drawing preparation related to HVAC, Firefighting and Plumbing systems. Hydraulic calculation for the Chilled water requirements on the start-up of the chilled water plant.
