Mohamed Alhammadi is an Emirati filmmaker with an interest in the human condition and all the complexities and implications that come with it. - CX & Servicing: Supported a major UAE bank on customer experience transformation, reporting directly to a manager within the CX & Servicing workstream - Developed a CX Dashboard in collaboration with AIS designers and data scientists, incorporating both client and internal inputs - Created a Figma wireframe of the dashboard and iterated design with stakeholders - Led the mapping of customer service requests to an end-to-end customer journey taxonomy - Analyzed large datasets of direct customer interactions, mapping them to products and customer journeys - Recognized for strong data structuring, generating critical insights, and contributing effectively in client and internal meetings
