A senior investment executive with extensive experience in structuring and managing complex, multi-sector transactions across MENA, the UK, and continental Europe. Over the past two decades, I have led the origination, structuring, and execution of landmark investments across sectors including real estate, oil and gas, aviation, manufacturing, logistics, education, banking, insurance, and technology. My experience includes managing institutional portfolios, executing multi-million dollar deals, and leading mergers, exits, and asset restructurings. I played a central role in the merger of three investment banks in Bahrain and was subsequently responsible for executing strategic exits and realigning the merged entity’s asset base. I have held senior leadership roles, including Head of Investment Banking and Chief Investment Officer, at regional financial institutions with mandates spanning capital raising, M&A, fund structuring, and investor relations. I am the Founder and Managing Director of Blueprint Business Advisory, a boutique consultancy headquartered in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. Blueprint focuses on strategic and transaction advisory, supporting family offices, investors, and founders across the MENA region in structuring outcomes that align capital, governance, and long-term value creation. Alongside my advisory work, I have co-founded and invested in ventures across the marine, tourism, and strategic communications sectors.
