I am currently available for new employment opportunities. My professional background commenced in the oil industry in early 1993, with a primary focus on conventional slickline operations. While other organizations may refer to this as "wireline," my experience encompasses both mechanical and digital slickline systems, particularly within the context of Schlumberger's methodologies. My career has been enriched by diverse experiences across various locations in the Middle East, including Syria, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, the Emirates, Tunisia, and Libya. Currently, I am based in West Africa and am open to global assignments. My operational experience spans various environments, including land fields, offshore platforms, barges, jack-up rigs, and deepwater drillships. Furthermore, I possess extensive experience in utilizing a wide range of slickline tools. I am particularly adept at complex slickline operations, such as fishing, gas lift, and the development and modification of new tools. My future professional focus is on digital slickline technologies. As oilfield professionals, we encounter both benefits and challenges. These include opportunities for international travel, a degree of social detachment, and competitive compensation. Conversely, the work environment is inherently high-risk, though recent advancements in safety protocols implemented by oil companies are designed to mitigate these risks.
