Provide on-site and remote IT support for multiple client companies in an MSP environment. Perform troubleshooting and incident resolution for servers, networking equipment, end-user systems, and infrastructure-related issues. Administer and support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, user accounts, and core network services. Configure and maintain network infrastructure including FortiGate firewalls, switches, VPN connections, wireless networks, and security systems. Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Outlook, shared mailboxes, permissions, licensing, and Office applications. Work with UniFi and MikroTik networking equipment across multiple client environments. Create and maintain network topology diagrams and technical infrastructure documentation. Support NAS systems, printers, hardware diagnostics, connectivity issues, and infrastructure maintenance. Collaborate with senior infrastructure engineers responsible for remote administration, architecture, and long-term infrastructure planning. Ensure system availability, reliability, security, and stable day-to-day IT operations across diverse business environments.
