I’m a multidisciplinary professional with experience across defense and military operations, education, small business development, and creative storytelling. My career began in military and defense environments, where I learned the importance of leadership, discipline, and precision. Those experiences taught me how to perform under pressure and work alongside a team towards clear objectives. In the education field, I’ve worked as an instructor and mentor, teaching, guiding, and helping others grow in both skill and confidence. I’m passionate about building people up and helping them reach their potential. I also founded and managed a UAS business, where I handled everything from operations to client work. Running that company strengthened my understanding of strategy, logistics, and hands-on leadership. Today, I bring all of those experiences together in my operation of Prescher Creative as a videographer and creative storyteller. Prescher Creative is a full-scale production company that creates visual content that combine structure with creativity—stories that connect, inspire, and leave a lasting impact!
Helping suppliers and brands connect with their retail trading partners through SPS Commerce’s cloud-based EDI and supply chain solutions. On the Community team, I work with warm inbound leads (businesses ready to meet their retailers’ requirements) and guide them to the right fulfillment and integration solutions for their goals. - Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, managing a high-volume pipeline of inbound opportunities - Translate complex EDI and supply chain requirements into clear, tailored solutions for suppliers of every size - Partner with retailers and internal teams to onboard trading partners across the world’s largest retail network

Operated and maintained the Aerosonde unmanned aircraft system in austere, forward-operating environments. I started my own small business contracting Aerial Photography and Videography for Real Estate Agents, Roofing Companies, and Construction companies.
Led ground and flight training for students in safe, professional drone operations while supporting real-world commercial missions. Key Responsibilities: - Instructed advanced flight maneuvers, airspace regulations, and radio communications - Taught commercial applications including cinematography, search & rescue, and industrial inspections - Guided students in launching and managing drone service businesses - Conducted commercial flight operations for university athletics - Partnered with campus police to provide live-streamed aerial support during large events, enhancing emergency operations situational awareness We had a top notch team of professors, pilots, and volunteers that not only grew the UAS program at Liberty University but also launched us into the job market equipped and ready to perform at the highest level.
