I work at the intersection of talent, business, and systems, focusing on how people don’t just access opportunities, but succeed in them. Over the past 20+ years, my work has evolved from supporting individual career journeys to designing and scaling environments where talent and organizations grow together. What drives me is a simple belief: careers, and the systems around them, should be built by design, not by default. Today, as General Manager of ReGeneration, I lead one of Greece’s largest early talent initiatives, working closely with companies, institutions, and young professionals to strengthen business readiness and create more effective pathways into the workforce. Our focus is not only on placement, but on performance, what it actually takes to succeed in the first critical stages of a career. Before this, I worked across international and academic environments, shaping career ecosystems at scale. At Highered (EFMD), I collaborated with 800 universities and business schools across 92 countries, connecting talent with global employers and supporting career professionals in adapting to a changing labor market. At Alba Graduate Business School, I worked closely with students, alumni, and corporate partners, building strong employer engagement and career development frameworks. My early experience in journalism and executive search at Egon Zehnder continues to influence how I think, combining storytelling with a sharp focus on identifying potential and understanding what organizations truly need. Highered is the strategic careers partner of EFMD Global ♦ Led global career services initiatives for 800+ EFMD business schools and universities across 92 countries, developing on-demand career resources tailored to diverse student and alumni needs. ♦ Built and maintained strong partnerships with Career Services departments at top universities and business schools, shaping the product roadmap to align with partner needs and provide effective career solutions. ♦ Contributed to Highered’s go-to-market strategy, driving adoption and satisfaction of new product features across the school network. ♦ Fostered strong employer relationships, creating job opportunities for students and alumni by connecting them with global partners. ♦ Developed and delivered career strategy masterclasses, and led the Highered Event Series, designing and hosting webinars that connected talent with global employers and reached a wide audience of thousands. ♦ Increased student acquisition and engagement by driving participation on Highered’s platform among students and Career Services teams, enhancing user experience and talent outcomes.
♦ Served as Program Director of the Career Professionals Development Institute, an innovative training initiative designed to equip Talent & Careers professionals with cutting-edge skills and knowledge in line with the latest industry trends. ♦ Facilitated the HR Tech module, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience for professionals seeking technological proficiency in human resources. ♦ Oversaw content development and curation, collaborating with expert facilitators to deliver modules on Leadership, Career Advising, Career Education, and Recruiter Relations.
♦ Headed the Career & Alumni Office, which delivered career services to 500+ students annually and 5500 alumni focusing on career advising, career education, and recruiter relations. Reduced operating costs by 70% through strategic restructuring, increasing departmental efficiency. ♦ Consulted and mentored students & alumni consistently receiving excellent feedback. ♦ Designed and delivered career workshops, specializing in presentation skills, effective networking, personal branding, CV & cover letter writing, interview preparation and career strategy in highly interactive formats. ♦ Liaised with corporate HR departments for their recruitment needs; identified, managed and promoted talent; assisted employers with full recruitment cycle. Introduced various recruitment tools to simplify ALBA talent selection (switched from paper CV book to searchable CV database, gradually transitioned to full use of digital platforms). ♦ Engaged alumni community of 5000+, locally, regionally, and internationally; Launched an alumni engagement platform, growing the user base to over 2,500 active members within two years. ♦ Reorganized department’s communication strategy, introducing Career & Alumni social media profiles (Facebook, Twitter, ALBA LinkedIn group). Managed social media campaigns, created content to engage students, alumni, the business community, and prospective students. ♦ Represented ALBA at global (AMBA, EFMD) and local conferences, hosted workshops, participated in panel discussions, and acted as a spokesperson.
In 2015, school management asked me to take on the delivery of the Presentation Skills course. I redesigned the class, introducing a highly interactive methodology, and engaging students to participate in individual and group exercises. For 6 years, I trained 1500+ graduate business students in presenting effectively and consistently received excellent feedback.
