About

I’m a Technical Services Engineer at MongoDB, focused on helping customers deliver large‑scale, low‑risk migrations to Atlas. I partner with engineering and business teams from the first readiness assessment and architecture review all the way through cutover and post‑migration stabilization, with a special focus on complex, high‑volume workloads and mission‑critical systems. With more than 20 years of experience in application support across e‑commerce, finance, loyalty programs, internet services, and cosmetics, I bring a strong background in keeping production systems stable, observable, and performant. Before joining MongoDB, I worked in roles spanning L2/L3 support, development, and technical leadership, which taught me how to debug complex issues under pressure, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and bridge the gap between business and engineering teams. Day to day, my work includes analyzing migration risks, troubleshooting with mongosync logs, and building internal tools and automations that make migrations more predictable, observable, and efficient for both customers and internal teams. I’m hands‑on with databases and infrastructure (MongoDB, SQL databases, Linux/Windows, monitoring and logging stacks) and comfortable going deep into logs, metrics, and code when something doesn’t behave as expected. I enjoy working in global, customer‑facing environments, where I can explain complex technical topics in simple language, collaborate across cultures, and contribute to long‑term platform and migration strategies. If you’re interested in MongoDB Atlas migrations, data platform modernization, or large‑scale application support, I’m always happy to connect and share experiences.
