In this project developed by myself and my workmate, we collaborated to transform a manual lathe machine into a modern digital machine, negating the classic measurement method which requires profile models and a lot of the workers time. Mentioning that an operator may make measurement errors from time to time. We applied most of the knowledge we acquired during 3 years of study, we did not stop there and we wanted to get out of our comfort zone and try new things outside of our field in order to develop further our skills and make the project cost effective, well organized and coherent.
Becoming an AIESECer means joining a massive community of young leaders open to the world who want to develop their own potential while contributing to something far greater than themselves. During my one-year experience with AIESEC, I was promoted as a Team Leader / Manager benefiting the leadership training sessions taking advantage of national and local conferences.
During this internship, I had the chance to develop my knowledge by applying tasks related to maintenance and production labs.
