Mmadika is an executive consultant and currently sits on the Boards of the Bapo Ba Mogale Community (Sibanye Stillwater mines in land belonging to the Bapo Ba Mogale Community), Seriti Institute as well as Flic_SA (non-profit organizations). She has sat on the board of directors of TGR Attorneys as well as Lidwala Consulting Engineers. She has also sat on various Board sub-committees at Webber Wentzel, which include amongst others, the Africa Coordination Committee, the Gender Strategy Committee, Transformation Committee and Catering Committee. She has been an attorney for approximately 16 years with experience in corporate and commercial law as well as regulatory and corporate governance. She has conducted transactions in various industries ranging from transport, mining and related businesses, telecommunications, healthcare, banking and financial services, food and agro-processing, intermediate industrial input, construction and infrastructure, information, and communication technology as well as in energy sectors. She holds the degrees of BA and LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand, a certificate in Competition Law from the University of the Witwatersrand, a certificate in Competition Economics from the University of Johannesburg, as well as a certificate in the Women in Leadership Programme from the Wits Business School.
