I am a cybersecurity enthusiast and aspiring SOC Analyst with hands-on experience building enterprise-level labs that replicate real-world security environments. My journey combines technical expertise in networking, system administration, and security operations with a strong drive for continuous learning and problem-solving. In my home lab, I’ve deployed and configured: • pfSense firewall with Suricata IDS to detect and block simulated threats. • Splunk Enterprise for centralized log collection and analysis across multiple systems. • Active Directory Domain Controller & domain-joined clients to replicate enterprise networks. • Simulated attacker machines using Kali Linux for red vs. blue team scenarios. These projects allowed me to strengthen my skills in threat detection, log analysis, incident response, and network security monitoring—core capabilities for a SOC Analyst role.
